I am setting aside a few hours to reply the various email tomorrow and will do my best to fix the issues asap.
One thing for sure we are getting rid of the person we hired to size, print and support the models. Unfortunately he proved great at the test, but after he got paid work done wasn't as epxected and done with months of delay on the prmissed delivery schedule. We probably have finaly found the right person now.. a bit too late for this KS>

Again apologize for the delay, as said the person we hired to fix and print the heads took much longer then expected, not to mention he did not deliver all the heads. Tomorrow we will get the latest sets and all orders wll be out by next Monday.
We already sent several orders in the mean time, only a few were affected by missing numbers.
Once all orders are out we will give 60 days to report any issue or missing package. Another update coming when ready.

We are starting to ship the models this week, the time to setup the packing station and we will begin.

When we are done mailing all packages we will post an update, and if you did not receive the tracking please contact us.
Sorry for the huge delay, we will do our best to improve next time. Lesson learned do not trust professionals....

I just got an email from Christopher W who informed me about the messages and comments I missed.
Resin heads are almost done printing, and will ship out very soon. I was told by this Monday I would have them all delivered to me. We had to print almost 1000 heads. And took a bit longer than we expected,
Unfortunately the person hired to fix and provide us the STL supported files took much longer then expected to deliver his work.
An update on resin is coming next week as we should be able to mail all the orders out.

They are all done, my connection s crap and taking time to upload them. But will be available on MMF very soon. I need also to check naming as the person we hired not only proved to be extremely slow, but also added some numbers in the names causing me a ot of confusion. The result is amazing but cost and time is not acceptable.
Resin
85% of the heads have been printed, we will finish the remaining ones and start shipping the heads asap.
