I will meet today or tomorrow with the person we paid to support the files. And will post an update.
Unfortunately he is much slower then we thought, and is unacceptable, I apologize is taking so long.
On the other hand I tested the ones already done and the work has been done a lot better of what other companies we paid did for us in the past.
Several hundred heads are already printed, but we are waiting for the STL to be done to print the rest and start shipping them. Again the person we hired did not meet our time expectations causing us a lot of delay. There is no excuse, and we will look for someone else next project.
As many should have noticed we shared them via MMF and getting updated as we upload the new ones.
Ronny is moving as fast as he can, and before we upload them they get test printed. We should be done very soon. Also an email to collect the single head choices STL will be posted as soon as all are uploaded.
Working on them as fast as we can, but quality stays our main goal.

On the 1st I will bein the hospital for 3 to 4 days for a 1" kidney stone removal, and then home for about 6 days with drainage, sorry in advance if coms will be sporadic during that time.
As usual external factors got in the way, and we had a big unexpected slow down. Today we test printed a new set of heads that were done. And working on the next ones, we should be much faster now.
The person we hired a few months back had work issues and his work was drastically slowed down, but now he will be on holiday the whole month and concentrating on finishing the work.
Resin is linked to STL, as we need the supported STL to print the parts to mail you.
We are catching up and will deliver as usual. Because of the delay extra gifts will be added to the pledges both digital and resin.
We are not gone and will deliver as we did with the previous 30+ KS we ran. I agree we are not the best, but our company is probably the smallest on the market now. And real life, real work and other factors are of big impact on our time for Heresy.
Apologize for the late update, as you may have noticed we are behind schedule. The situation is as follow.
We hired and paid a person to optimize and support the heads, this should have been quite an easy task, but to date he has completed only 20 heads of the 120+ models. Time went by fast and I just realized this is not sustainable. The first 20 heads were delivered and shared.
I will start today to work on the remaining ones and hope to finish as soon as I can. Monday I have a meeting with the person to see what is going on and explain him this is not acceptable.
Another update coming soon, in the meanwhile I test printed the first 20 resin heads with success. As soon as the rest are supported will print them and we will also start shipping the resin models.
Real life issues as usual raised, and my supervisor had to leave n a family emergency and for the past 3 weeks, and the whole month of August I will be replacing him. This means more work load and extended hours for me. I knew this and this is why we hired the person. In the meanwhile my daughter them my wife got COVID, so had to take up also house cleaning, cooking, groceries, store orders and all the other things I usually don't need to do. Wife tested negative yesterday so did the daughter, Monday they will do the official test and if released we should go back to normal operations.
